Taggin' Tallinn is a collaborative framework of citizens, city administration, educational institutions and enterprises that integrates:

Locative media with meaning building virtual communities
Dimensions of meaning with geographical dimensions into a hybrid virtual space

Goals

Taggin' Tallinn intends to serve as:

A technological and conceptual framework for a number of citizen-driven community projects based on the basic ideas
A research, development and study laboratory, focused in interaction design, knowledge environments, mobile communications and positioning

To promote:

City of Tallinn, particularly aiming at the cultural capital year 2011
Open source, open content and open ontologies

Teams

The framework development is based on non-exclusive teams of volunteers, each with a leader.
